① Spring 

 
Spring is for freshness & light aroma.
 
 

Jin Jun Mei 

 
  • Fermentation: Fully fermented
  • Features: Golden bright liquor, honey & floral notes, fresh and sweet
  • Brewing: 90–95°C, 2–3 mins
 

Raw Pu'er 

 
  • Fermentation: Post-fermented
  • Features: Clear green-yellow liquor, fresh floral & wild charm, brisk taste
  • Brewing: 95–100°C, quick steep 10–15 sec
 

 

② Summer 

 
Summer is for cooling, refreshing & heat-relief.
 
 

Raw Pu'er 

 
  • Fermentation: Post-fermented
  • Features: Light and lively taste, strong sweetness after taste, great for cooling down
  • Brewing: 95–100°C, quick steep
 

Shui Xian Rock Tea 

 
  • Fermentation: Semi-fermented oolong
  • Features: Elegant orchid aroma, smooth and refreshing, not heavy
  • Brewing: 95–100°C, quick steep 15 sec
 

 

③ Autumn 

 
Autumn is for aromatic & balanced teas.
 
 

Rou Gui 

 
  • Fermentation: Semi-fermented oolong
  • Features: Strong cinnamon & fruity aroma, bold rock rhyme, long-lasting fragrance
  • Brewing: 98–100°C, 10–15 sec for first 3 infusions
 

zheng shan xiao zhong

 
  • Fermentation: Fully fermented
  • Features: Pine smoke & longan sweetness, mellow and warm
  • Brewing: 95–100°C, 3–5 mins
 

 

④ Winter 

 
Winter is for warm, mellow & comforting teas.
 
 

Ripe Pu'er 

 
  • Fermentation: Fully fermented
  • Features: Deep red liquor, soft glutinous & jujube aroma, warm stomach
  • Brewing: 95–100°C, 20 sec per steep
