Standard orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time will typically ship from within China within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 7–15 days for transit and delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of mind returns
As tea is a food product, we are not legally required to accept returns if you simply change your mind. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer an exchange at our discretion, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging, and return shipping costs for non-faulty items are your responsibility.
